Shipping Policy

We try to ship out orders within two business days of purchasing, but may take up to a week if we have a sale, or if it is around a national holiday. We regularly update lead times on the product listings.

We ship our packages using USPS - all orders will arrive in a generic USPS branded box, with a label addressed from MMBotanicals.

Due to legal restrictions, we can not ship orders to the following states: 

  • California, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we appreciate your understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Moss Mountain for your cannabis needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products, but we understand that issues may arise. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are deemed unsatisfactory upon receipt.

  • To be eligible, customers must provide clear photo evidence of the unsatisfactory product within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Notification Process:

  • Customers must notify Moss Mountain Hemp of any unsatisfactory product by sending an email to info.mossmountain@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The email should include clear and detailed photos of the unsatisfactory product, the order number, and a brief description of the issue.

Verification Process:

  • Moss Mountain Hemp will review the submitted evidence to determine the validity of the issue.

  • If the evidence is deemed sufficient, the customer will be contacted by our Customer Service team within 2 business days.

Resolution Options:

  • Approved returns:

    • Customers may choose to return the defective product (not required) for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

    • If requested, Moss Mountain Hemp will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns.

  • Approved exchanges:

    • Customers may opt for an exchange of the defective product with a replacement of the same or similar item, or pay the difference to exchange for an item of higher value.

    • Moss Mountain Hemp will cover the cost of shipping for approved exchanges.​

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after reaching a resolution.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Additional Notes:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges requested beyond the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
